About the School
Christ School, Hassan started in the year 2003 under CBSE is an educational institution run by the Christian Catholic minority with all the rights and privileges granted by the Constitution of India.
It is run by Fathers of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI) of Mysore Province through the registered body, St Thomas Education Society® 146/2003-04.
The congregation of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate is the first indigenous religious order of catholic priests found in Kerala in 1831 by St.Kuriakose Elias Chavara and his associates. The congregation took up education as a service to the society.
Christ school is ideally located in the heart of the city where it is least interrupted. The eco-friendly atmosphere, the facilities, the imposing building and our well qualified and caring teachers make the school one of its kind. It is indeed a school with a difference and it is a dream school for any parent.
The principal, management has the right to introduce new rules, amend or change these rules & regulations whenever necessary in furtherance of the aims and objectives of the school.
Aims and Objectives
- The aim of Christ School is the all-round development of the students and to progress them intellectually, psychologically, mentally and to acquire self-discipline, self-reliance and moral values during the years of their studies so as to make them worthy citizens of the country
- To provide best value-oriented education in character formation, self-discipline, creativity and to be ideal citizens of the country
- To develop physical, intellectual, social and psycho motor skills of the pupil.
- To help them discover their inherent talents through creative activities.
- To nurture in children sublime ideals, values, principles and character to accept, respect and serve every human being irrespective of caste, creed, colour and social status.
